Back for its dazzling 13th year, Swinging with the Stars, modeled after TV’s popular Dancing with the Stars, has become Saskatoon’s signature high-energy fundraising event. Featuring local stars paired with local professional dancers, each couple will dance and compete to take home the Crowd Favourite Trophy and the Judges Choice Award. Fans select the winning couple by casting votes for their favourite dancers through donations benefitting Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation.

Thanks to your generosity over the past five years, Swinging with the Stars Saskatoon has raised more than $1.5 million for Saskatoon City Hospital departments such as the Breast Health Centre, Physical Rehab and Medicine, the Operating Rooms, and the Eye Care Centre. Saskatoon City Hospital is reimagining healthcare. An addition of 109 acute care beds will increase capacity and alleviate pressure throughout the system in Saskatoon. By increasing acute care space in Saskatoon, emergency departments can admit patients more efficiently, reducing patient wait times for hospital admission and ensuring patients receive the right care in the right care setting.
As it has for more than 40 years, Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation will support the advancement of healthcare at Saskatoon City Hospital. Your support of Swinging with the Stars will position the Foundation to support equipment, resources, and programming necessary to facilitate the added beds.
