OR Nurse/Equipment Resource Technician, Saskatoon City Hospital

Biography

Yugoslavian by birth;
Serbian by separation;
Canadian by extraction;
English by absorption.

I moved from Serbia to Canada 27 years ago for love.

I’m an operating room nurse by day (for the past 15 years) and a wife, mother, photographer and everything else after hours!

My role at the Saskatoon City Hospital Operating Room is Equipment Resource Technician. I’m responsible for managing all operating room equipment and specialty supply requirements. I need to ensure that all surgical cases are fully prepped and supported by maintaining equipment readiness, troubleshooting issues, coordinating special requests, and providing timely resources to the OR team.
