Nicole Onufreychuk is the Senior Vice President and Chief People & Culture Officer at Saskatchewan Blue Cross, where she’s driven by an unwavering commitment to fostering organizational and community wellness. As a dedicated Board Member of SaskAbilities, Nicole has long been a champion and advocate for the creation of inclusive, supportive spaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
With an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan, Nicole is an avid proponent of lifelong learning. Whether it’s through her daily podcast rituals or diving into the pages of a book, she’s always looking for ways to broaden her horizons and deepen her impact on those around her.
