Biography

Haylie Lashta is a physiotherapist and the owner of Warman Physiotherapy & Wellness. Since 2014, she has been running her multidisciplinary practice in Warman and expanded to a second location in Saskatoon in 2022. A passionate advocate for equitable access to healthcare, Haylie has a special focus on supporting some of our most vulnerable populations. In 2020, Haylie was diagnosed with estrogen- positive breast cancer, requiring the expertise and resources of Saskatchewan’s healthcare system, including imaging, chemotherapy, surgical care, and the support of numerous professionals. This experience deepened her appreciation for the critical role of healthcare in our lives. Participating in Swinging with the Stars to raise funds for the Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation is Haylie’s way of giving back to the community and healthcare system that supported her. This year, funds will go toward a new CT scanner—an essential resource that will continue to serve and benefit our communities for years to come.
